A bootstrapped clothing brand skips the warm-up and goes straight to selling.
No audience, no store. We built both at the same time and pointed them at the same customer.
What was broken
There was no store. No Instagram page. No audience of any kind. The founder had a product, a name, and a rough idea of how the brand should feel. Everything else had to be built before a single rupee could come in.
What we built
We started everything at once. Shopify store built from the ground up, Instagram opened at zero. Instead of waiting months to grow a following before running ads, we teamed up with creators to make content that felt real from the start, then put ad money behind whatever was already working. The store and the Instagram grew side by side, aimed at the same customer.
What changed
In year one, the brand crossed ₹10L in sales across Shopify and offline exhibitions. The store had 10,659 visits. Content reached 26,955 accounts. The average order was ₹2,086, so this was never a discount brand or a clearance sale. People were paying full price from month one.
